There is Wisdom in Saying NO.

My son said, “How did I ever convince you to get me a python when I was a kid? Now I can’t convince you to get me anything.”

I answered,” Oh honey, don’t worry, It’s not you. You are still a brilliant negotiator, I just learned how to say NO.”

‘No’ can help you keep your sanity (at work and at home), help you sleep, and provide you with more time to do things that matter. Be honest with yourself on your limitations. If fulfilling a request negatively affects your health, family, or sanity, the answer should be NO.

No. See, it is a complete sentence. smile emoticon
